Five Pounds, One Month: Pregnant

Pregnant

I'm not sure if anyone is still following this blog, but three weeks after I started it, I found out I was pregnant, so my goal to lose fifty pounds isn't exactly realistic right now. :-)

I stopped running for that same reason, but, slipped on evil ice, and am back to starting up running again once this broken tail bone mends!

The Rules

1) Only focus on one month, only focus on five pounds. No worrying about long term goals, no worrying about overall weight loss. One month. Five pounds. Period.

2) Once a month is done, it's done. No playing catch up. No losing "extra" so you can lose less next month. No stressing if you didn't make it last month. One month. Five pounds. Period.

3) Use whatever weight loss program you want. This blog is about supporting each other, not about pitching a product.

(It has occurred to me that people may want to lose a small amount of weight. If so, five pounds per month may be too much for you. Feel free to adjust as necessary.)
